Job description
The Mitigation Manager will implement processes and strategies necessary to produce specific jobs related to but not limited to water, smoke, and/or mold damage. The position will work with 24/7 dispatch to schedule and balance work flow daily as emergencies take place in order to respond and service as many of our customers as possible. The Mitigation Manager oversees quality control and efficiencies on all jobs being produced by taking the time to inspect jobs and work closely with field supervisors and technicians to achieve budgeted projections.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, reliable, team player.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Oversee mitigation staff: including training, acting as a resource for any concerns, and dealing directly with conflict resolution.
- 5+ years experience in fire and water damage mitigation.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- A valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
