Job description

This position will require the individual to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of package handling facilities with a primary focus on conveyor systems. This is a full-time position with daily travel and the occasional overnight stay. We provide company vehicles for daily travel that are fully stocked with tools and hardware. You will typically be working within a 2-hour radius from our Burnsville office. You are compensated from the time of arrival at the office until you return. Overtime is paid after 8 hours in a day rather than after 40-hours in week. Regular hours are 8am-4:30pm but will vary based on the duties for that day. Dynamic Fusion offers 24-hour service for emergency repairs. This would require the individual to rotate being on-call after the probationary period. Incentives are provided for after-hours emergency service calls. Benefits are available after 60 days of employment.

Core job duties:

· Repair and replace defective parts

· Align, test, and make necessary adjustments to equipment

· Troubleshoot and track conveyor belts to facility specifications

· Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors and gearboxes

· Perform preventive maintenance of all equipment

· Ability to adapt and custom fabricate on the fly

· Creating and maintaining a working team environment

· Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision

· Follow safety procedures

This employee will be required to have paperwork entered in a timely manner to keep the flow of invoicing at an optimal rate. Promptness, efficiency, and thoroughness are key to filling this position.

Required skills are as follows:

· Welding MIG and Stick (preferred)

· Able to read measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, square, etc.)

· Written and verbal communication

· Attention to detail

· Good with numbers

· Proper phone etiquette

· Confident in their work

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
