The Microsoft Global Results Manager strategically project manages client deliverables and operations for a dedicated team (remote). You will support Microsoft’s Partner Readiness team and work with their global teams to ensure Microsoft’s retail presence is secure and up to date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Project Manage strategic direction to achieve the client’s goals and the BDS strategy
  • Support Global team and regions by processing security requests, including ordering, shipping, tracking, and communication order fulfillment and status to key stakeholders
  • Provide bi-weekly inventory level, supply chain activity, and budget vs. spending tracking and reporting.
  • Develop, execute, and manage parts replenishment/replacement process, including replenish/replacement impact on budgets
  • Work with local market teams to centralize the Installation / Maintenance reporting
  • Support ongoing fixture program including Milestones and Timelines, fixture Intake process for net new fixtures
  • Support in-store device demos, including Bi-weekly checks to ensure devices are running and experiences functional.
  • Conduct quarterly partner and user surveys to gather required or requested features, as a critical path for informing the platform roadmaps ‘requested or required features’ roadmap
  • Own content project communications both internally and externally
  • Anticipate client needs and respond with solutions, provide industry knowledge-based client recommendations that add value
  • Other responsibilities as requested by management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Merchandising / in-store retail support / Marketing Industry
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Client Service
    • Strong Project Management experience; capable of managing many activities in parallel
    • Experience managing a remote and team and driving accountability from a distance
Skills and Abilities:
    • Engages cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner; drives toward win-win solutions
    • Sound presentation development and delivery; ability to manage meetings and presentations
    • Ability to work independently and accepting of ambiguity
    • Self-directing and assertive individual
    • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
    • Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Up to 10% travel
