Job Duties and Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

• Project document control and distribution.
• RFI, ASI, and COR coordination/tracking.
• The main point of contact between sub-contractors and general contractors.
• Interface with and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Job Walks
• Coordinate construction activities throughout the duration of the project.
• Review project quality and report to division leaders.
• Schedule, attend, and document all coordination meetings both internal and external.
• Interact with the safety manager and implement safety protocols.
• Able to order/track equipment on a job site, storage containers, lifts, water, office trailers, etc.

Qualifications for Project Coordinator:

• Computer skills; typing, filing, etc.
• Use of tablet and/or iPad.
• Driver's license/ Occasional travel to job sites in alternate locations.
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and/or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Access, and Publisher)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Multitasking while managing multiple deadlines.
• Team Player and able to work alone.

Applicable software experience:

• Experience using project management software systems such as Bluebeam, OneDrive/SharePoint/Dropbox, Viewpoint Team/Viewpoint Keystyle, Procore, PlanGrid, Field wire, eSUB, Zoom/ Microsoft Teams.
