We are seeking Bilingual Spanish or Monolingual Therapists to join our innovative and dynamic teams that are here to give their clients a better future. Hybrid positions are available!

On our Van Nuys Campus, we have programs dedicated to helping these clients live a healthy, confident, deserving life:

  • Outpatient
    provides intensive mental health treatment, medication management, case management and a parenting program for families experiencing problems in family functioning characterized by child abuse and/or neglect. Families receive a variety of services, including counseling, child abuse prevention and parent education, training & support groups.

  • Project Six/The Commons
    is a 24-hour residential treatment program that serves adolescents between the ages of 11 and 17. The program is designed to treat adolescents with a variety of diagnoses and behaviors, including, mood and anxiety disorders, emotional and behavioral challenges, autism spectrum disorder and learning disabilities.

We currently have therapist positions open in our other mental health and school-based programs. These positions are available on our Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, and Culver City campuses.

Salary Range for Outpatient:
$60,707 - $74,172


Salary Range for Project Six/The Commons : $56,240 - 71,816

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • MA, MSW, MFTI or Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology from an accredited graduate program
  • Registration with the Board of Behavioral Science, required
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience with children and families
  • Experience providing field-based clinical services
  • Minimum of one year experience working with multiple-issue families (e.g. DMH, DCFS, trauma, poor school performance).

EXCITING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide in-clinic or field-based individual & family treatment to children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems
  • Provide coordination of mental health treatment, which may include interfacing with community psychiatric hospitals, Department of Family and Children Services, Department of Mental Health, school officials, Regional Center and school districts
  • Providing individual and/or family assessment and clinical support to children who are at risk of abuse and/or neglect and children with severe emotional difficulties
