Mental Health Technician On-call
Job description
Hours: On-Call; 24/7; shifts, weekends, and holidays. NO BENEFITS.
Performs specialized human service work in the Mental Health Crisis Center utilizing group process and individual skill building to assist clients in resolving a variety of mental health problems.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent with at least 6 months experience/education in the delivery of mental health services that include interacting with patients experiencing psycho-social problems, or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.
Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.
Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
