Kempton of Hermitage is seeking a Memory Care Activities Coordinator
Seeking a special person that finds joy in interacting and enguaging with adults that have Dementia/Alzheimers. The person we are seeking has the ability to create and bring joy through the art of play and mental stimulation on various levels. We are seeking to meet the residents where they are and enhance their day to day life.
Can you:
*Create a program that can be used on various level of comprehension and various ability levels?
*Can you plan a program 1 month in advance that is fun and exciting?
*Can you plan enriching trips that are exciting and stimulating?
*Do you love hanging out with the Geriatric population?
