What they’re looking for:
- Associates or Bachelors degree from a Medical Laboratory Tech or Medical Lab Scientist.
- ASCP certification required.
- WV State Lab Tech licensure or the ability to attain it prior to hire.
- The position is night shift
- The range is between for $50K-$70K depending on experience.
- The facility offers a full benefit package and will help with relocation/sign-on bonus.
- Performs laboratory analysis and quality control testing following clearly defined criteria
- Performs procedures in assigned section of the laboratory
- Maintains quality control in performance of procedures and responsible for maintenance and calibration
- Responsible for maintenance and calibration on equipment and maintaining cleanliness of work area.
- Position reports to the the Director of Laboratory.
- The facility is 300 beds and take care of around 13K patients each year with over 50K being treated in the emergency room.
