We're hiring at The Springs at Sherwood! Our community offers warm and inviting environments that enhance people's lives and offer quality services and genuine solutions for seniors.

Responsibilities:

• Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments;
• Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports and documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• diligently processing paperwork and administering meds/treatments
• Be able to work as a team throughout departments

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Prior experience in Senior Care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar
• Must have prior professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
• Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn

Starting at $18/hr higher with experience

$1000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Sign on bonus available to those who meet requirements for full time status for the introductory period of 120 days and who have adequate attendance and performance

Relevant past experience: med tech, caregiver, medication aide, assisted living, senior care, med aide, medical technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
