Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is seeking a full-time Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our fully accredited Home Health & Hospice program to provide short-term services to patients and families with behavioral and/or psychiatric needs. Providing compassionate care to our patients.

• Social work experience

Preferred

• Two years of Medical Social Worker experience in health care setting preferred

Schedule 0.6 to 0.8 FTE; 24-32 hours/week; day shift
