We are a fun and bustling pediatric clinic looking for a scheduler who can multitask and engage patients in a respectful and friendly manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling evaluations
- Scheduling weekly visits
- Scheduling make-up therapy sessions
- Talking to customers on the phone
Qualifications:
- 1 year in a scheduling position preferred
- bilingual
- high school diploma/ GED
- exceptional customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
