MEDICAL SCHEDULER
Key Personnel is working with a large surgery facility in South Tulsa seeking a Medical Scheduler to join their team. Temp to hire opportunity.
COVID vaccines are mandatory.
Medical Scheduler Pay:
- $15-$20/hr DOE
- Weekly Pay!
Medical Scheduler Duties:
- Excellent customer service
- Able to answer multi line phone
- Schedule appointments for busy surgery office with multiple providers
- Manage physicians schedules daily, rescheduling appointments, making schedule changes as needed
- Learning the insurance companies we are contracted with and verifying/entering that information into the system
- Must have scheduling experience, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
- Able to multi task and have great computer skills
