• Mailings/faxes as needed by management
• Putting procedure charts in order and scanning them
• Looking up faxes for upcoming appointments
• Scanning colon/EGD preps & screenings
• Courier from one office to another only as needed
• Entering and scanning Prior Authorizations for meds
• Scanning which includes OV notes, labs, imaging, OP reports, miscellaneous, etc.
