About the Job:
Due to Practice Growth, Tennessee Valley Bone and Joint is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team!
Requirements:
- Value Honesty, Integrity & Accountability.
- Value Team and Respect Consumers.
- High School Diploma.
- One plus years of experience as Medical Office Receptionist.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Meet and Greet Patients or Guest.
- Check In and Check Out.
- Enter necessary information in PM system.
- Scan Documents to EHR/EMR and Update as Appropriate.
- Answer Phones.
- Schedule Patient Appointments.
- Check Insurance Benefits.
- Collect & Post Payments.
- Open and/or Close Office.
- All other Duties as Assigned.
- Some travel to Satellite Clinics in Athens, Dayton, and/or Ooltewah with Primary clinic location in Cleveland.
- Create a professional and pleasant environment.
- Travel will be REQUIRED. Offices in Athens, Cleveland, Dayton, and Ooltewah
