Phlebotomy or medical assistant experience is a great bonus, but not necessary. We are a tip-of-the-spear integrative medicine office looking for the right individual to help at the front office. We need someone who can represent us - someone who is full of energy, and empathy, and also knows how to make work fun. We also need someone who is capable when it comes to computer applications. Our clinic heavily uses Google Drive, google spreadsheets, CRMs as well as an electronic health record system and data tracker. This means that each employee must be very computer savvy. This individual must be able to handle high volumes of action at all times, must be upbeat, and able to handle a fast pace environment, energetic, and a great communicator, and they will be trained in-house. Duties include but not limited to checking patients in, patient communication, file management, making sure new patients come in for their appointments, collecting money, and to help fun our patient flow flawlessly. You need to be able to communicate effectively. You must have the ability to multi-task and LOVE a challenge. Please only apply if you are certain that you are willing and would be a great fit.

The current hours are monday to Thursday 730AM - 6 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
