Lake Washington Vascular has some of the leading vascular surgeons in the region conducting research on the latest techniques. They work closely with Overlake and Evergreen hospitals providing surgery, physician consultations, spider and varicose vein treatments. We are looking for an experienced Patient Access Coordinator with a positive demeanor to join our busy practice. Applicants must be professional, flexible, reliable, hardworking, patient focused and can work in our Bellevue, Kirkland and Issaquah locations.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed quality service via phone, electronic messaging or in person.
• Greet and schedule patients for appointments and exams.
• Complete patient registration by obtaining required forms, signatures and payments.
• Request, receive and maintain incoming patient referrals, records and requests.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or staff

Medical Receptionist Requirements:

• Administrative and/or customer service experience in a medical setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Work independently and efficiently in a busy environment
• Process and relay urgent communications in a timely matter
• Comply with HIPAA and other regulatory policies

Full-Time Days Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays

4x10’s Float Schedule with travel to 3 clinics as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
