Busy Physician practice has immediate opening of Medical Receptionist. Excellent opportunity for new graduates.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 12:30PM

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Taking phone calls and making appointments
2. Entering patient data into computer
3. Setting up examination room.
4. Answering patient/physician/insurance calls and assigning to providers.

Employee should have good communication skills. They should be extremely comfortable with computers and have good computer skills to work on electronic medical record. Must have good references. Employee must be personable and know how to work as a team player. No experience necessary and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided. Must have clear background and be able to pass random drugs and alcohol testing. Competitive salary and benefits and paid holidays after completion of necessary wait time. However, no health insurance offered.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
