Job description
We are seeking a medical receptionist to work in our Valparaiso and Portage offices. This position would be 4 days per week and includes occasional Saturdays. Duties include greeting patients, checking patients in and out, answering phones, making appointments, taking messages, entering insurance and demographic information, working in our EMR system, taking payments, sorting mail, fax, copy and scanning documents in addition to other basic receptionists’ tasks. Strong computer and typing skills necessary. Previous medical office experience preferred but not required.
