Medical Receptionist

Clear Health is a digital health startup that offers telemedicine visits, prescription shipping, and skincare products for chronic skin conditions. We have a heavy focus on highly regulated medications for chronic and severe conditions, starting with a seamless way to get Isotretinoin (Accutane) prescribed online and delivered.

We are backed by consumer VCs and are scaling up at a rapid clip, with dermatologist and pharmacy coverage spanning all 50 states - we're building the future of the skin health journey, connecting the pieces from the doctor's office, to the pharmacy, to the beauty store.

Overview: The Medical Receptionist will work on managing inbound customer inquiries through various channels (email/sms/social), and processing patient cases through our platform

What we’re looking for: Highly empathetic with great people skills, preferably with a background in customer service. Someone who is detail-oriented, has great communication skills (verbal, written), with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

· 1+ years of customer service experience is a plus

· Background experience in healthcare admin (nursing/healthcare admin) is a preferable, but not required.

· Computer proficiency and tech savvy (MS Office Suite, Slack)

Compensation: ~$18/hr+ depending on experience

Required Availability: Full Time (Can work remote but MUST be local to Westport, CT)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
