Job description

Office assistant needed for part time employment 15 hours per week with possibility of increasing hours. Looking for experience with a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in a busy Pediatric Therapy clinic. Duties may include transcribing dictation, filing, copying material, faxing and emailing, sorting and distributing mail, coordinating with Managers to schedule appointments or update schedules, intake data entry billing remittance entry, submission of medical information to insurance companies. Assistant will interact with staff and clientele, applicant must be able to interact dynamically with others.

A college education is preferred however 2 years experience in a medical office would be beneficial with a GED. References required and resume.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Wearing a mask will be required if interacting with patients or vulnerable staff If needed. Cleaning of surfaces and materials in clinic will be necessary when used by patients.

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
