Position Summary: Medical Account Collections Experience A Must.
This position is responsible for ensuring the timely collections of patient receivables and insurance companies.
Position Key Accountabilities:
- Complete assigned accounts receivable aging queue monthly
- Monitor insurance claims and contact insurance companies to resolve claims
- Follow up on claim denials, appeals, and records request as needed
- Follow up on claim submissions to determine acceptance, rejection, or denial
- Identify coding or billing errors from EOBs and work to correct them
- Update the patient account record to identify actions taken to resolve claims or patient balances
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience:
2 years of related experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,480.00 - $38,400.00 per year
