Job Title: Service Coordinator I
Location: El Paso, TX
Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable)
Shifts: 7a-4p MTN
Description/ Requirement:
- Call center experience is a must.
- Worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely.
- MCO Medicaid STAR+PLUS insurance knowledge.
- Medical-Long Term Services and Supports Background.
- Working with the Aging, Blind and Disabled Population.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc, Avaya soft phone knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Experience:
- STAR+PLUS insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
- Medicaid: 2 years (Preferred)
