The Media Product Developer provides risk assessment expertise to support Global Integrated Operations Coordination Center (GIOCC) mission tasks for the Nuclear Enterprise Center at Offutt AFB.

The Media Product Developer will:

• Provide support in conducting market research in areas designated and prioritized by the requesting Government agency and provide a media strategy, to include Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) for each developed series or approved concept of operation (CONOP), as designated by the Government.
• Create targeted messages and materials which may consist of broadcast (e.g., TV, radio, videos, etc.), print, digital, or other advertising techniques.
• Present creative concepts for governmental review, comment, refinement, and approval.

Adhere to the following process for product development, unless otherwise directed by the Government: 1) prototype development, 2) refinement, 3) production, 4) dissemination, and 5) data collection.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI

• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization is desired

At least 5 years’ experience

• Writing for media release, have an understanding of media engagement design principles, communication campaign development, website and social media engagement and joint planning.
• Contractor must possess a degree or formal training in communication specialist concepts, techniques to support development of communication planning and strategy, and experience writing within a technical field and/or USSTRATCOM mission specific experience.
