HIGHLIGHTS OF YOUR ACTIVITIES: . The FRONT DESK COORDINATOR or Medical Receptionist, Certified Medical Assistant (CAN), Medical Assistant (MA), Patient Care Tech (PCT), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or (entry level Marketing Assistant) is a position for someone with a customer service background who is computer savvy and willing to learn how to schedule as well as medical and spa terminology.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, Certified Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant (MA), Patient Care Tech (PCT), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or (entry level Marketing Assistant) you get to…

· Assist with monthly, fun and fabulous events like “Mother’s Day Tea” or our “Lucious Lips” Valentines Day events, assist with social media, build lifetime relationships, retails sales

· Help people look their best, feel HAPPY and build their self-esteem

· Use excellent organizational skills while multi-tasking

· Be the face of the medical spa

· Give WOW! Phone Experience!

· Provide treatments such as oxygen therapy and teeth whiting

· Put patients at ease

· Create excitement about menu items

· Check-in/Check-out/schedule

· MEDICALLY CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES get to do:

- Blood draws and Vitamin IVs

- Medical grade facials

- Assist Dr. & other providers

- Other hands-on activities

- Numb patients/administer laughing gas
