Job description

Consistently ranked as one of the top companies for veterans, women, and overall workplace happiness, Keller Williams is a global leader in the real estate industry! At Keller Williams, we believe in building careers worth having, businesses worth owning, experiences worth giving, legacies worth leaving, and lives worth living! If you are looking for a workplace environment that embraces a culture of personal growth while focusing on quality of life, as well as offering numerous opportunities to build solid professional relationships and give back to your community, Keller Williams is the place for you!

Our Daytona Beach Market Center is currently seeking a Market Center Administrator to join our team. The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is a critical member of the Market Center Leadership Team, which also includes the Operating Principal (OP) and the Team Leader (TL). In collaboration with this team, the MCA uses the systems and tools offered by Keller Williams to collaboratively drive the Market Center to profitability through growth in market share. They lead associates to set goals, point associates to the production solutions that will enable them to achieve their goals, and then engage associates in weekly conversations to keep them on track with these goals.

The MCA can be thought of as the “voice of value” in the Market Center. They own the Market Center’s value systems and consistently quantify and communicate value to support our associates. They use this value to both attract and retain associates, while supporting associates’ growth in production. Additionally, using the KW tools and conversations, they support associates in building profitable businesses by demonstrating and consulting on shared business-building fundamentals.

The MCA leads the Market Center staff in designing and implementing powerful support and operational systems that empower every KW associate in their business. They are leaders in market center operating strategy and financial decision making, while also ensuring appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained. MCAs own Market Center profitability and understand that increasing revenue through growth in market share increases their opportunity.

They support the Team Leader, associates, and lead the Market Center staff. The MCA uses the Leverage system and tools to hire and lead a powerful staff who will also support the MCA, TL, and OP in achieving Market Center goals as a product of achieving their own goals.

The MCA is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and who appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment. They are not typically demanding, but rather strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication. They are concerned about doing what is right according to the Market Center culture and standards.

The MCA must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the KW Value proposition and the rest of the Market Center leadership team.
