Lockheed Martin MFC in Orlando, FL and Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Early Career Materials and Process Engineer. In this role, you will performs research, design, and development in such areas as mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer for production, and apply research to the planning, design, development, and testing of new aerospace products. Assignments will permit the development of design skills in concept layout, hardware design and fabrication, and hardware integration during the assembly stage.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in
Materials Engineering/Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Must have the ability to travel

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Strong test planning and execution skills.

Foundational knowledge/interest in materials science/engineering
Foundational knowledge in basic metallurgical principles and/or exposure to a wide variety of materials and process knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Capable of performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and working in an inclusive, team environment.
