Job description
Grace Pacifica Machining is hiring for a material receiver/saw operator. This is a great opportunity for someone that has a willingness to learn and wants to further their experience in a CNC machine shop or manufacturing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Read cut list and usage sheets.
· Setup and operation of saws.
· Understand quality standards.
· Use measurement tools to ensure accurate cutting.
· Receiving materials.
· Data entry.
· Accurately complete paperwork.
· Be able to cross train with shipping and partmarking to cover for vacations or as needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma or GED Certificate.
· Experience operating a saw (1 -3 year preferred).
· Forklift experience a plus.
· Basic math skills.
· Ability to lift up to 50 – 70 lbs.
· Attention to detail.
· Attendance and punctuality is an essential job function for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
