Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for MATERIAL HANDLERS IN BOLINGBROOK, IL.

• 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm $17/hr (Overtime hrs 4am-230pm)
• 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm $18/hr (Overtime hrs 2pm-1230am)

Job Type: Full Time/Temp to hire

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DESCRIPTION For Material Handlers

• Plan and prioritize work by reviewing production schedule
• Ensure that all necessary inventory is available for production use before it is needed to prevent production delays and coordinate the ordering of material/inventory with the Shipping Lead
• Be responsible for completing cycle counts / manually counting product
• Return materials from production and consolidate racks for efficiency
• Fulfill work order request forms in a timely manner
• Organize all production materials and inventory; use RF Scanner to scan material to appropriate locations and verify quantities are accurate; replenish stock as needed
• Split and/or combine labels to ensure accuracy when pulling and distributing products
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
• Complete daily inspection of equipment and communicate maintenance needs or damage to supervisor immediately
• Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
• Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned Qualified Candidates will
• Have 6 months of prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Be able to successfully complete JLG Lift Certification Program upon hire, including a written exam and hands on driving evaluation
• Possess a high School Diploma or equivalent
• Have familiarity with operating computers and RF Scanner
• Possess basic math skills to calculate weight and basic reading skills to read labels
• Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various departments throughout the company
• Have a high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
• Be authorized to work in the United States
