In Home Therapy Program

Fuller Hospital is seeking masters level and/or licensed candidates to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available!

This position comes with a sign-on bonus up to $8,000!

$8,000 for licensed candidates

• $2,000 paid after 90 days
• $2,000 paid after 6 months
• $4,000 paid after 1 year

$4,000 for unlicensed candidates

• $1,000 paid after 90 days
• $1,000 paid after 6 months
• $2,000 paid after 1 year

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or closely related field required. Students enrolled in their 2nd year of a Master’s program may be eligible for a paid internship through our IHT program.
• Licensure: Licensed candidates (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) or candidates eligible for licensure are preferred

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse

The In Home Therapy Program is located at Fuller Hospital in Attleboro. In-Home Therapy program provide therapeutic services in the client’s home. We service youth up to age 21 and their families with managing various behavioral and mental health needs in order to improve the family’s ability to facilitate the youth’s functioning in the home and in the community. This will include implementation of various therapeutic interventions, parent coaching, crisis intervention, psycho-ed., etc.
