Location & Hours

This position is in-house at the Lehi, Utah headquarters. Only candidates who live within a reasonable driving distance to the office will be considered.

M-Thur: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Get paid for a full 8-hour day on Friday, but go home at 12:30. Plus, we offer the option to work from home on Wednesdays!

Performance driven individual who can develop and drive marketing programs and initiatives within a national multi-location enterprise. Strong advocate for brand vision, strategy and positioning in the marketplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated market strategies and plans at the corporate and local level
• Provide value across websites, social media, email, and other traditional and digital media channels
• Contribute to consumer-facing website planning, including UI and UX
• Lead and work with in-house and third-party agency resources
• Conduct research, as well as analyze, monitor and provide insights on data to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
• Establish and manage annual marketing plans and budget (experience with National Ad Funds a plus)
• Drive and develop consumer marketing and demand generation initiatives to increase topline revenue and customer lifetime value

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing or related degree (MBA a plus), or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of brand and/or marketing management and leadership
• Retail, professional services, network background experience (Franchising strongly preferred)
• Experience with franchise-development marketing a plus, but not required
• Desire to work in a fast paced and nimble organization going through transformative growth
• Proven ability to convert strategies into operational plans and tactical execution
• Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent creative, written and verbal skills
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Adobe Creative Suite desirable)

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
