We are looking for another Marketing Manager to add to our growing team and help facilitate all the great work we do for our clients.

... then this is the position for you! The Marketing Manager serves as the day-to-day project management resource for the strategy team. This individual works directly with our account and creative team to streamline digital marketing execution that helps our client's businesses grow.

WHAT YOU HAVE PROBABLY DONE

• Worked 2+ years of project management or marketing manager-like roles (agency experience is a huge plus!),
• managed many diverse projects/campaigns from initial specification to completion in the SMB context,
• developed conflict resolution skills and the ability to hold individuals accountable for their actions,
• worked alongside teams, supporting things like budget allocation, management, and production dynamics,
  
• received a BA/BS in some business-related field.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

9 am - Arrive at the office in beautiful downtown Frederick, grab a cup of freshly roasted coffee, and have a laugh or two with the team.

10 am - Attend our daily all-hands meeting with the team, where you answer questions about your client portfolio priorities.

11 am – You meet with one of the strategists and work to adjust project schedules to hit a new client deadline.

12 pm - Lunch outside on our porch, where you get to know others on the team a bit more.

1 pm - You take part in the weekly replenishment meeting, working with strategists to outline the spec of a few more complicated deliverables before passing them on to the production team.

2 pm – You meet with the Director of Operations to help resolve a few gaps in processes, leaving excited to implement those changes and share them with the team.

3 pm - You review some metrics for your client portfolio over the last week, and identify a clear path forward to improvement.

4 pm - The whole team comes together, and we have our weekly team meeting. We talk big picture, review client feedback, and work through a few issues that popped up throughout the week.

5:30 pm - You quickly connect with our designer to walk through a new landing page they are creating and head home after what seemed like a fast and productive day.

But every day is not the same. Other days include managing contractor work, meeting with clients, and creating new tasks. Your day is all about driving the quality of our creative product to a new level.

• A $55,000 to $75,000 salary. The more experience you have, the closer you will be to the upper end.
