ECHO is looking for the next Marketing Manager to lead a creative and collabortive Marketing team! This position will focus mostly on Brand Management. This is a higly visible role that is impacts many different areas of the organization. We are accepting applications for immediate interviews!

This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Marketing Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the brand portfolio. Implement brand strategies, campaigns, and media strategy to increase brand awareness, grow market share and ensure consistent messaging across all brand impression/touch points.
    • Lead the brand direction for product launch campaigns, content, catalogs, and collaterals
    • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitors' activities.
    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Develop and implement messaging strategies to create identity, positioning, and exposure.
    • Work intimately with target end-users to understand product application and user needs in order to develop key brand messaging and execution.
  • Develop, execute, and measure ECHO’s overall digital, and website strategies to maximize UX.
    • Provide strategic direction for website and oversee execution of multi-regional, multilingual, and multi-brand website.
    • Translate raw data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Crazy Egg into digestible insights and strategies into an effective SEO strategy
    • Collaborate with Communications team to maximize brand affinity across digital platforms.
  • Lead The Home Depot online commercialization and conversion journey by collaborating with sales and Home Depot brand advocates to drive best-in-class customer experience and sales growth.
  • New Product Launch Champion
  • Sponsorship/Partnership Champion
    • Identify and execute partnerships which augment the ECHO brand
  • Develop, manage and execute marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, Social Media, COOP programs to support the Latin America region.

Travel: 25% domestic and international travel is required for this role.

Marketing Manager Job Experience/Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and management skills.
  • Creative, with logical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to lead projects and implementations with cross functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized with ability to plan and execute a variety of projects concurrently.
  • Spanish speaking is highly favorable.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience.
