JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing concepts and projects that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. In addition, proficiency in graphic design software and the ability to create written and visual marketing materials is essential for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creates and designs marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Maintains and updates the company website and social media accounts
• Collaborates with various departments within the organization to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Conducts market research and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Works with vendors, outside graphic designers
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Willing to occasionally travel and visit other Matheny dealership locations
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess an Associate's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute ideas and suggestions
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in a professional setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Familiarity with basic web design and website maintenance and updates
