Access Health Dental (“AHD”) is a dental service organization (“DSO”) founded in 2012 to provide an innovative, systematic approach to the delivery of oral health care in the greater Las Vegas area. As a DSO, we provide strategic and business support services for our affiliated dental offices allowing our Doctors and teams to focus on providing the highest quality care for their patients. AHD is seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to represent AHD to our business clients and the public. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing marketing and branding strategies for all of our locations in order to achieve our purpose of creating happy, healthy, good paying patients who repeat and refer.

Core Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate business with large employer groups to promote benefit initiatives to employees
• Provide concierge-style service to VIP clients and casino executives for scheduling and billing inquiries
• Coordinate promotional marketing events with direct customer engagement to grow mobile dental client base
• Assist with re-branding efforts of acquired practices including collateral design, advertising campaigns, in-office branding, social media accounts, online reputation management and website design/content development
• Collaborate to plan cause-based marketing and community outreach efforts as well as internal team engagement events and team appreciation efforts
• Promote dental health benefits and services during open annual enrollment events in Las Vegas, Pahrump, and Laughlin

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
• At least two years of experience in a related field
