The university is organized into our College of Art, Culture, and Scientific Inquiry; College of Education; Richards College of Business; University College; School of Communication, Film, and Media; Tanner Health System School of Nursing; Honors College; Graduate School; UWG Newnan; and our UWG Douglasville Center.

This is a remote position, local to the state of Georgia.

Occasional travel may be required within the state. May need to work long hours and weekends as needed.

The Marketing Automation Integration Administrator will be part of a dynamic team at USG eCampus working toward building and implementing student centric experiences through a system-wide digital communication initiative. To achieve this, the University System of Georgia (USG) is aggressively growing capacity in a Salesforce enabled ecosystem which includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud.



The Marketing Automation Integration Administrator will play a hands-on role in the ongoing technical maintenance of the platform while helping build and support the execution of our digital marketing programs and student success campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will provide expertise in marketing automation processes, campaign management, and manage ongoing Marketing Cloud implementations.

The Marketing Automation Integration Administrator is responsible for maintaining the integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud via Salesforce Connect.

The Marketing Automation Integration Administrator will build Marketing Cloud Journeys and lead design and process guidance in collaboration with subject matter experts at USG eCampus as well as other system-level entities. This person will also develop and create responsive, best-in-class dynamic email templates/automation for USG eCampus business units.

Design and Execution of Marketing Cloud Journeys including recommendations of new use cases and ways to improve communication to prospective and current students in all supported system programs

Provide regular reporting on campaign success and make recommendations to continually improve effectiveness of campaigns.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or related area.

2 years minimum marketing and/or email automation experience at an operational level

Experience with data extensions, T-SQL and advanced AMP Script
