MPC Financial Corporation, a professional full-service accounting firm has an immediate need for a Marketing Assistant for our growing business. Experience in marketing accounting services is desired, but not necessary. Knowledge in using Microsoft and Marketing programs is a must. This position is perfect for an individual who is looking to join a fast-paced, diverse and hands-on client environment. The ideal candidate must be well organized, self-directed individual with strong motivation, and willing to take initiative. The right candidate will work closely with our marketing manager in handling all marketing related tasks. This is a full-time position. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Help organize and attend promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate their success.
• Write and publish online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
• Write marketing texts (brochures, press releases, etc.) to increase the presence of the company in the market.
• Communicate directly with clients and foster relationships of trust.
• Help in market studies
• Other marketing duties as needed

Requirements

• Marketing degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and client oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Office, software and online applications that are utilized in the field of marketing such as CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
• Have excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies and client retention
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team
• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Excellent handling of technology.
• Able to solve printer and or basic user problems
• Experience in making web pages is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of desk support is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
