The purpose of this role is to manage the team of business intelligence analysts to provide timely and actionable data and reporting. Using great interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will build rapport and credibility, and work well in a team environment with diverse cultures. Equipped with a thorough understanding of database infrastructure within a reporting environment, this position will be required to create data deliverables and to provide quality assurance of deliverables produced by team members. Acting as a subject matter expert for specific clients, this role advises and supports data-driven solutions.
What you will do:

Collaborate with and guide the business intelligence analysts to develop analytics, metrics, dimensions, and measures required for reporting including development and implementation of new business logic for maintaining the overarching data models.

Write complex queries and scripts and provide quality assurance of code created by analysts.

Provide analyses of reporting, communicate findings effectively with all levels of management, and advise clients accordingly.

Translate business requirements into design requirements.

Track progress of projects and tasks and adjust accordingly to meet project deadlines.

Act as subject matter expert for multiple domains related to assigned client(s).

Other related duties as assigned.
What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in a related discipline, marketing, business, or accounting.

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years work experience in data-related field of reporting, analytics, or BI development and reporting.

Minimum 2 years work experience in data transformation: SQL, Python, R or any other scripting language.

Minimum 2 years work experience in at least one statistical software: R, STATA, SPSS, SAS, MATLAB or similar.

Must successfully pass a background check.
