Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.This role is a temporary role with a one-year commitment and the potential to go permanent.
Objectives:A proven marketing strategist with a focus on omni channel marketing campaign activation. This person will employ entrepreneurial skills to implement new ideas and approaches, and also utilize their skills as a consensus builder. This person will work with teams globally to "localize" and create a marketing activation plan. Qualifications:
- Partner with local marketing business partners to ensure localization of Global Campaign assets
- Recommend, map and present campaign strategy and estimated costs to the Global Campaign Leaders and marketing business partners
- Create a holistic campaign amplification strategy and ensure execution
- Conduct follow-up meetings and liaise with team members to ensure campaign alignment
- Leverage existing content library to execute new strategies with a quick turnaround
- Assist in steering external agencies/vendors to proper execution of marketing assets
- Focus on data and leverages analytics to enhance future strategies and campaigns
- Continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize content
Your profile
Desired Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or other related area.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships throughout the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Insurance industry experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines.
