The Marina lead is accountable for the operation and safety of the Colter Bay Marina workboat, activities, and marina employees.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $18.50 / hour
• Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• The training and supervision of marina attendants
• The operation, maintenance and fueling of the Marina.
• Assist with bear deterrent following all established guidelines.
• Communicate employee and guest concerns to Colter Bay Marina management

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from accredited agency
• Basic knowledge of marinas and general boating
• Ability to interact with the public in a professional and pleasant manner
• Able to work long hours and variable shifts
• Ability to speak to groups of people · Requires early morning and evening shifts

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Previous Marina Experience
• Prior Supervisory Experience
