Rocky Mountain Twist is the leading US manufacturer and provider of innovative, high quality power tool accessories to the retail market and engineered drilling solutions to the industrial marketplace. Founded in 1990 and located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Ronan, Montana. We currently manufacture and distribute product worldwide.
We are currently searching for Machine Operators to join our Drill Grind department. This current position is for swing shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The machine operator position is a full time benefit eligible position. Set pay increases are given during the training period, based on progress. Wage is $16.08 including shift premium of $1.75 per hour. There is continued training opportunities and advancement potential.
MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY
Machine Operators are responsible for reading job orders and setting up machine parameters, quality assurance inspections, basic machine maintenance, weight and measurement of parts, loading stock, cleaning shop and work areas, and assisting as needed in the department.
MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds routinely and the ability to perform repetitive work while sitting and standing.
- A strong mechanical background, math skills and computer knowledge required with machine operation experience preferred.
