WealthBridge Financial Group (Proud Partner of National Life Insurance Company, Montpelier, VT Est.1848) is seeking seasoned financial service industry professionals to join our management team. Currently, we are interviewing strong leadership-oriented individuals with a desire to help others succeed.
As a Managing Director your responsibilities include the successful recruiting AND development of a team of salespeople.
Responsibilities
- Their primary focus is on recruiting, developing agents.
- Mentoring a team of financial professionals
- Make their own team and management
Qualifications
- Life and Health License
- FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63(Or be willing to attain within 6 months)1
- Sales team recruiting and management experience
- College Degree Preferred but Not Required
