Job Summary:
The Media Manager reports directly to the AVP of Marketing & CRM and is responsible for developing and executing paid and organic media strategies across digital and traditional channels for Pep Boys. This position requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, including paid search, display, social, online video, connected television and traditional media channels (Radio, Out-of-Home, Television). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable results and will be responsible for managing the budget and ROI of all paid media campaigns and executing social media strategy for Pep Boys brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels that support Pep Boys' business goals and objectives
  • Manage the budget and ROI of all paid media campaigns
  • Develop and implement social media strategy across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to grow Pep Boys' online presence and engage with our customers
  • Monitor social media trends, metrics, and analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance tracking and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media and apply learnings to Pep Boys' campaigns
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing paid and organic media campaigns
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and traditional media channels
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
  • Experience with performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
