Key Responsibilities:
Understands and advises on process and technical structure across all Talent Technology - Learning, Performance and Compensation
Partners and interfaces with Talent Management provider and other vendors about content, enhancements and emerging talent technologies
Partners and collaborate with United Digital Technology on Talent Management Tech in United environment, Single sign-on, security, messaging, reporting
Reviews and troubleshoots nightly Talent Management system processes and issues
Administer Performance and compensation system on cornerstone
Administer and configure United Unified Talent Management System (TakeOff) and management of IT interfaces and reporting
Plan and lead all system upgrades and manages all fixes or escalated Talent issues working with vendor premier support
Work with Talent Management Team and client stakeholders to prioritize and standardize functional and technical requirements for Learning, Performance, Succession and Compensation
Responsible for overall mobile experience across all verticals

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in relevant field
At least 4 years of relevant experience
3-5 years of Cornerstone Learning, Performance and/or Compensation
2+ years of Team building and management experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Other HCM systems like success factors, sumtotal, oracle fusion
Managing learning /performance and compensation for a similar organization
