Sentara Healthcare is currently hiring a Manager of our Central Sterile Supply Department (CSS) at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Role Overview

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating plans and capital budget for meeting surgical volume equipment and instrumentation needs.
  • Maintaining sterility parameters
  • Quality Improvement
  • Assisting the team as needed with case carts, decontamination, various instrumentation, etc.
  • Position has 14.5 FTE's reporting

Position Overview

  • Full Time, 40 hour per week
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience with budgeting required
  • Background with surgical instrumentation required
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required. Bachelor's level degree preferred. IAHSCMM SPD Tech certification required within 3 months of hire.
