Overview:
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician at Chandler Pointe apartment community in Bellevue, NE. This is a HUD property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $16 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.
