Maintenance Technician-Night Shift

Paterson Paper, a leading manufacturer of quality restaurant paper products, is looking to add to our Maintenance Team! Our Maintenance Team ensures our facility and machinery are kept running 24 hours a day so we can keep up with our ever-growing production demands. How you’ll fit in:

We can’t work if our machines don’t work! While on the job, you’ll l be asked to:

• Provide quick and accurate assistance to our machine operators
• Continuously monitor and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues involving mechanical, pneumatic,

• Report and log all repairs and maintenance of plant equipment
• Learn about our machinery and attend continuing education as needed
• Work safely and adhere to all safety protocols in place
• Assist with training of other maintenance technicians as needed
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed

What we’re looking for:

To do this job effectively, you’ll need to:

• Have at least 1 year of technical training or experience with industrial manufacturing equipment maintenance; 3 years preferred
• Have at least 1 year of experience with electronics maintenance/PLC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Have a High School Diploma or GED; Technical Education preferred
• PLC Technician / CMRP Certification preferred
• Be passionate about problem solving
• Be dedicated to timely, accurate, and high-quality work
• Be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
• Have strong English communication skills; Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
