Pay range $40,000 to $42,000 yearly depending on experience

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge
This position does not require HVAC Certifications!
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
1+ Years of apartment industry maintenance or construction experience
Proven track record of working with large teams effectively and efficiently

All offers will be pending reference, drug, and criminal background screening.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
