Inspire Communities is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join the team at their Lucerne Lakeside & Fish Haven Manufactured Housing Community in Auburndale, FL. As the Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for making sure the property is upkept according to Company standards, addressing maintenance requests and groundskeeping needs in a timely fashion, and working with community management to resolve any issues. This property offers a peaceful work environment where what you do makes a difference! A valid Driver's License is required for this position as you may operate company vehicles.

Some responsibilities may include:

· Maintain community guidelines by reporting community appearance violations to Community Manager.

· Wash maintenance equipment (trucks, lawnmowers) on weekly basis or as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Perform seasonal maintenance in community common areas: plow snow, salt & shovel sidewalks, remove leaves, mow grass, power wash community buildings, and spray trees and shrubbery for pest control (state or county licenses may be required).

· Patch and repair common roads and resident driveways. Paint curbs in common areas.

· Plant flowers and maintain landscaping.

· Maintain, clean, and paint common areas.

· Use voltage meter. Change circuit breakers.

One year of maintenance or a related field strongly preferred, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
