- Schedule:
M-F from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
On-call required 1 week per month (yes, you get on-call PAY!)

What We Need:
- Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
- Pool maintenance
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What You Need:
- EPA certification REQUIRED
- Boiler system knowledge strongly preferred
- CPO certification strongly preferred
- General knowledge of HVAC preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage
- General knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
