Maintenance Technician I - $1,000 Sign on Bonus(*)

We are a national multifamily property management company looking for an amazing candidate to join #thecompanythatkeepsgoodcompany. Specifically, we are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to work at our beautiful community, Flagler Pointe in sunny St Petersburg, FL!

The Maintenance Technician joining our team will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment within our community. Our technicians prioritize the safety of the residents, team members and themselves all the while delivering white-glove customer service. As part of the maintenance team, participation in the on-call rotation and responding to emergency calls is a must. This technician would have the ability to lift 50 pounds, at least a high school diploma or GED. Qualified candidates will be EPA 608 certified (Universal or Type I & Type II). Candidates without their EPA 608 certification will be required to complete the coursework and examination necessary to achieve this designation. The course and exam fee will be paid for by the company.

Compensation plan: Base pay + commission.
